Liked location in the prime bukit bintang, near 2 malls Pavilion and TRX, clean, fairly new unit, the instructions to get the keys etc was very clear, fast response.

Disliked 1) Host requested for a snap picture of IC which illegal & unlawfull..we can complaint to Kementerian Dalam Negeri ( KDN ) / Police for this irresponsible conduct which makes our IC security compromised 2) No complimentary parking which is ridiculous 3) No self check in - we have to wait 35 minutes upon arrival just to get the access card to enter the room 4) Property & facilities is dirty , worn down with trace of poor maintenance at the pool area 5) The WORST are the Lifts - there are only 1 - 2 working small size lifts catering 50 stories & hundreds of units..lifts are always full & we have to take the stairs from our level 39th floor to Ground floor to check out after waiting 1 hour for the lift which are always full..what an experience! 6) Waiting area & lift not equipped with AC & very poor ventilation..you will sweat a lot + feel like suffocating while I'm the lift / waiting area due to poor ventilation of air 7) The WORST AirBnB / HomeStay we have ever stayed!.Never in my life I would imagine going down the stairs from 39th floor to Ground level due to the "no brainer" Lift system which are always full, dirty & suffocating 8) Avoid at all cost & don't make the same mistake that we made..
