Worst arrangement ever

Liked No

Disliked I booked and paid for the room weeks in advance. Right after making the booking, I messaged the landlord to ask for the check-in details but received no response. On the day of check-in, I made multiple phone calls, but no one answered. Eventually, I was informed that the room was no longer available because one of their staff had resigned and failed to reserve it for us. This is a completely unacceptable level of service and reflects very poor management. Although they offered us an alternative Airbnb, it was in a completely different location, which disrupted our travel plans and caused unnecessary inconvenience. If you’re considering booking with this landlord, make sure to confirm that your room is actually available before traveling to the property to avoid the same experience.

Fair stay

Liked Environment and clean

Disliked The air conditioning was very poor and the entire place felt extremely hot. It was difficult to sleep comfortably, especially in the hall, as it remained warm throughout the night. Only one room had an air conditioner that was functioning well; the air conditioning in the other areas was ineffective. Even the portable standing air conditioner did not help much in cooling the space. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable, making it difficult to use throughout our stay. We hope these issues can be improved so that future guests can enjoy a more comfortable experience.

Liked The location, easy check in, comfortability, can fit big group of friends
