Liked The house was not very clean. Both toilets had a bad odour. The extra mattresses were not suitable to sleep and were uncomfortable.

Disliked (1) Rooms air conditioning not working (2) Only 2 out of 4 lifts are working which is clearly insufficient to cater for all tenants for the 30 Storey building (3) Quite run down - it's time to refurbish

Malfunction Lifts and no emergency facilities!!

Liked The location was good as well as the unit.

Disliked The TV box does not work. The facilities especially the lift is terrible. One of the lifts was jammed with my family member in the lift. The maintenence guy came after one hour and took another hour to open up the stuck lift doors. The lift do not have an overload alarm. The emergency facilities is pathetic. I do not recommend staying at this property.
