The Bad: Stay away from this host (PerfectSweetHome) if you value transparency. • Hidden Fees: They use a deceptive pricing model where 20- 30% of the cost is buried in "cleaning" and "service" fees that are not disclosed upfront. I had to manually email my booking to myself just to see the breakdown. • Unrendered Services: I was charged multiple cleaning fees for what was effectively one continuous stay, yet no cleaning was ever performed. They only offered cleaning in the final days of a nearly three-week stay to "cover their tracks" with the platform. •Security Risks: The host insists on moving all communication to WhatsApp, explicitly trying to bypass Booking.com's secure messaging system. • Unresponsive: Despite the "Request Invoice" button being available, the host ignored multiple requests for a formal tax invoice. Avoid this "self-check-in" trap where you pay for services you never

Disliked Non disclosed 8% service tax, additional charges for services not provided, awful communication from host, not a good location, the building, the lack of cleanliness, poor facilities, first time I feel cheated by automatic and significant extra charges deducted automatically from my credit card by booking.com, with out any communication from host,with only one question answered to overcharging for cleaning services that weren’t delivered stating ‘That’s just how we charge for our bookings. Zero helpful in anyway assistance from booking.com despite multiple requests and complaints. This is the first time anything like this has happened to me on Booking.com since using them for over fifteen years and hundreds of bookings.
