Liked The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the facilities provided were good. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I had a pleasant stay overall.

Liked They were smart in cheating and stealing but look legally.

Disliked They deliberately provided a living room table that was very wobbly, with one of the legs almost coming off. They will use the RM200 damage deposit from the next guests and blame that guests if the table collapses, even though the table would fall apart on its own without anyone even touching it. Even the water jug couldn't be used because it was leaking. Everything provided looked like it was about to break and was in poor condition When we complained, they responded very slowly istead to have call many times and lastly said an inspector would come to check. Just one look at the inspector and you could already tell there was a problem — he was extremely rude and unprofessional instead look like a bad smoker and seemed clueless about how to speak to people respectfully. They are truly geniuses at stealing and cheating. In my opinion, they’re just like scammers. We have no idea when we’ll get our deposit back. After we checked out, we called them ten times and they still didn’t pick up when we tried asking about the deposit. The photos look beautiful, but they’re all fake. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE WHEN BOOKING THIS HOMESTAY.
