Liked Good location walking distance to restaurants, pet cafes, massage, dessert, Jaya Grocer. Bed in bedroom was a good size. Seems like a king. Decent pillows.

Disliked Twin bed in living room only had 2 small, thin blankets, like those provided on airplanes. They were too short to cover my child completely and were not warm enough. A proper blanket should be provided. Digital door lock was not working. We had to padlock the gate, which was troublesome. 2nd twin "bed" was just a mattress on the floor. Luckily, we did not need this. King bed in bedroom was very low, with a thin and not very supportive memory foam mattress. Older folks might have difficulty getting out of bed. Towels were thin, scratchy, and not very absorbent. Furniture layout was odd and not very useful but we knew that from looking at the photos so we didn't expect much going in.

Disliked traffic terrible jam. curtain too thin, sunlight shone in around 7:30am, really have to sleep early and wake up early. balcony lighting towards the unit was blinking and make us felt not comfortable. 1st night someone park at our car park Blok A L04-04, we inform guard at 12:30am, guard ask us park at visitor car park and said can park til next morning. he din't clamp the car coz he said he could solve the pblm within 30min 😂😂😂 12:30am-2am=30min huh??😅🤣. 2am the guard knock our door said that particular car already left and insist us to move our car away from visitor car park immediately!!!sleeping time and was 2am!!!we said will remove by next morning but the rude guard scolded and said if we didn't move our car then they will clamp our car and call the police😂😂😂 what a funny pblm solving method by those guard😠 and the most frustrated was when we inform host and ask for help but there was no one giving respond by that time and only get back to us with an aswer by next day at night around 10pm and said they'd already informed management and couldn't do anything, not even an appologize from the host or even the guard or the particular management team. poor service given
