Disappointing- not comparable to any other mandarin oriental
Liked Nothing - this is not a mandarin oriental. It’s just another hotel. Most hotels in KL in that location are better (with lots of experience). Gym well equipped but pool not what is promised.
Disliked GYM not directly accessible first night (after an “incident”). Staff was just “normal”.
