Disliked Very poor experience. The staff were extremely rude and provided no updates regarding the check-in procedure even after the check-in time had passed. The place itself was in terrible condition. I strongly advise avoiding this property, especially if you are traveling alone. The key collection point was in the basement parking area. It felt unsafe, frightening, and looked abandoned. On top of that, customer service was completely unresponsive. I had to file a report with Booking.com to seek assistance. Later, I received a call from the person in charge of the property. During the call, I was yelled at and threatened! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Highly not recommended. Please avoid at all costs.
