Liked The unit is very well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It is spacious enough for a big family and provides a pleasant stay with a view of melaka from the balcony. The location is also excellent, right in the centre of Melaka, with easy access to plenty of food options and popular tourist attractions. Overall, a great place to stay, especially for families..

Disliked The car park can be a little inconvenient, especially for elderly guests, but apart from that, everything else was good.

Disliked ​1. Hygiene and Air Quality The bedroom and living room had a very heavy, "dusky" (musty/stale) smell that caused significant nasal discomfort. This suggests a lack of proper ventilation or deep cleaning, which is a health concern for guests. ​2. Maintenance and Safety Issues The toilet bowl in the second bathroom was not properly secured to the floor. It shook whenever used, posing a safety risk and indicating poor maintenance oversight. ​3. Accessibility and Parking Logistics The parking arrangement is highly inconvenient for families. ​Navigation: The car park design requires driving from one end to the other just to change levels. ​Transfer Issues: Reaching the unit requires transferring between a car park lift and a lobby lift, separated by a significant walking distance. ​Family Impact: This is particularly difficult for our group, which included an elderly guest, three children which included a two-year-old child. Carrying luggage and managing children through multiple lifts and long corridors is not sustainable for a "family-friendly" stay.

Liked The location is good. The security guards are helpful. It's a quiet place. The infinity pool is nice, but we didn't use it because of the windy weather.

Disliked Furnitures very old. It seems derived from second hand bazaar. Bathroom needs renovation. Owner said she has already a renovation plan.
