Great location and service

Liked The service was great. The person managing the apartment, Hasan, was very quick to respond to messages and was very helpful. The location was very good and close to a mall and close enough to the center. It is a popular place and quite busy. The place also cooled quickly enough when you used the A/C.

Disliked I can't think of anything.

KL is a very enjoyable city - don't stay at this apartment block to truly enjoy the city.

Liked There was nothing we really enjoyed at this apartment building.

Disliked We were charged an additional 15% which was not disclosed prior to taking payment We were charged multiple days for room cleaning which didn't happen and was not disclosed prior to taking payment. Agent tried to scam us out of 50myr on return of key card - tried to say deposit taken was 100myr when we paid 150myr Room was not cleaned every day - though they charged every day Corridor to our room was filthy Reception area was full of stains and looked disgusting - reception couch and rug... Location was unsightly Walk to Quill Mall along a road which had covered, vented channel and absolutely stank

Liked I like it because the host is really kind and also the room was clean, and what I loved the most was that the bathroom smelled fresh and clean

Disliked The security could be improved. The door only has a regular lock, with no additional security features or smart lock system. I would feel more comfortable if the room had better security.

Liked The room is clean. The staff was friendly and willing to wait for us to arrive after midnight.
