Disliked I would like to let you know that when you operate a homestay and welcome guests to stay, the place should be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the overall environment was very disappointing and not clean at all. The photos shown before booking looked very nice and attractive, but the actual room looked very different when we arrived. The cleanliness and environment did not meet the expectations created by the photos. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness and overall condition of the homestay for future guests.

Worst

Disliked One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The bed did not feel clean at all, and the floor was so dirty that I could literally feel sand and dirt under my feet while walking. The room was also very dusty. I kept sneezing throughout the stay, which made it really uncomfortable to even rest properly. The bathroom was another level of disappointment — the mosaics and overall condition were so unpleasant that I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable using it. For a place where guests are expected to sleep, shower and relax, basic cleanliness should be the minimum requirement. Unfortunately, this stay failed badly in that area. Definitely needs a serious deep cleaning and much better maintenance before welcoming guests.

Disliked Our stay was quite disappointing due to the poor level of cleanliness. The homestay was noticeably dusty, which made it feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. The toilet was not properly cleaned and did not meet basic hygiene standards. In addition, the blanket did not seem fresh, as it appeared to have an unpleasant smell and did not feel properly washed. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any accommodation, so this was very disappointing. With better housekeeping and more attention to hygiene, the overall experience could be much more enjoyable. I sincerely hope the owner will improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the property so that future guests can have a more comfortable and pleasant stay.
