Liked My booking is confirmed for 22–24 August 2026 (2 nights). However, the hotel informed me that they can only provide accommodation for 1 night. I did not request this change. The property is unable to fulfil my confirmed reservation. I would like to request a refund for the unused night. Please assist me with this issue.
