Liked Right in the heart of Penang, within walking distance to all the attractions, lots of eateries everywhere, hospitals nearby. Just the perfect hotel to stay in Penang.

Terrible experience
Liked The room smells, and bed frames has bending noises. First day towels was normal, 2nd day towels was terrible condition and smells. In room no hand washing and hair dryer provided. TV channel was limited. Not recommended.

Liked Hotel location is good, and room comfortable. But the hotel has zero atmosphere it feels like it's just surviving and that's it

Not that great
Liked Poor WiFi connection. I needed to sign in repeatedly. Very basic provision. Hand soap, comb, hair dryer etc were only provided upon request.

Liked Spacious clean room, good location around eateries in nice legacy old style shophouses.
