meet my expectations

Liked no breakfast . Got nasi kandar stall nearby for breakfast

Disliked the parking procedure is not familiar, thus take long time to park in and park out

Liked I like the room type, big and comfortable, location also best, near to lrt can very near to klcc

Good location, but disappointing communication

Disliked Unfortunately the communication was very bad, the shower didn’t drain and it took more than two days for them to respond and in the end they didn’t solve the problem, so we could only shower for 1 minute a day during our stay. There’s no reception, so communication goes online and they should definitely improve this by responding quicker. Furthermore the beds are very comfortable, but the room itself needs some renovation. It’s all a bit outdated. On the rooftop there’s a pool, but no beds to lay at the pool and during the night it turns into a bar with a lot of noice.

Liked Its clean. Toiletries are there just good if you want a comfortable room to spend with. There’s also a balcony seeing the menara tower
