Liked Property owner is terrible. Don’t know how to respect customers.

Liked The room comfortable and cozy

Disliked No network TV, have to pay for parking. So expensive

Unprofessional management, need to upkeep the room and deal with the moulds.

Liked Location was good, there are some shops downstairs which can be very convenient. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was very responsive and attended to my needs.

Disliked The room has a strong detergent smell which was too overpowering. The corners of the room were left with mothballs, hence, it smelled really bad combining with the detergent smell. The room was quite old to begin with, most of the things are old. Some parts of the wallpaper were torn, and there were even drawings on the wall. The chair had dark spots, I have no idea what was that, had to put a cloth on top to be able to sit with peace. There was yellow stain right in front of the bathroom door, which can be quite disgusting. Also, there was a hole above the shower area, I’m not sure why it wasn’t closed. I had to request for hangers and hairdryer from the staff. Check-in was kinda abrupt. I had to call the PIC regarding the check-in process instead of informing me. Facilities were quite good, so I guess it’s the owner of the unit that needs to do something with the room.
