Ideal for the time we had.
Liked Clean, good rooms. Laundry facility was wonderful for us.
Disliked We enjoyed everything. If I had to pick anything out I’d like the pool to have been a bit deeper but that is being really picky.

My go to stay in Penang
Liked This is my go to stay when I visit Penang. I like the vibe of the hotel and their staff. I really like it being slightly away from the center of Georgetown but still so close by for me to walk everywhere I am interested to see, go, eat in Georgetown n get back to airport for my weekend getaways. Room is compact but I like the cosiness n bed is quite comfy. Great that there's an indoor pool n gym facilities. Laundry too. Microwave, ice, utensils, common kitchen, fridge availability is also so convenient for all reheating the extra food goodies packed from street eateries. Car parking is now offered complimentary to guests. Thanks for a great stay always.
Disliked I don't like after a shower, there's usually water on the floor seeped out, rendering the floor mat wet. More hangers would be appreciated too. (I bring my own lol) Better coffee amenities like drip sachet or Penang kopi sampler would also be a nice touch.

Great location. Very trendy design.
Liked The location of the hotel is perfect. I love the part where parking space is available for quest for free. Although the room is slightly small, the amenities given is top notch. The bed is also comfortable and most places are within the walking distance. Upon checking in, the front desk has been exceptionally polite, although we arrive at 11.00am, and the room wasn't available, the team has been reacting swiftly to allow us to check in at 1.30pm. I also like the part where there is a water filter for drinking water at the common area.
Disliked I heard my mom says that there is an issue with their twin bed room air conditioning. It wasn't functioning well and it is hot during the night.
