Facilities and hotel are nice, can improve on customer service
Liked Location was great, 10 min walk to Chinatown. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and clean. Very convenient to have a drinkable watertap in the room! It was nice to have a late check out at 2 pm. Also, the bathroom had seperate shampoo/conditioner/shower/ body lotion!
Disliked The incessant e-mails prior to check-in. They try to push their app too much. The hotel staff were not very friendly and were on their phone all the time. It seemed like you bothered them if you came to ask a question. The A/C was blowing directly on the bed.
