Overall, our stay was convenient and well-located, with a few maintenance issues.

Liked The apartment was spacious, featuring a balcony on the 36th floor, a washing machine, kitchen amenities, and Wi-Fi. The location was excellent—right in the city center, with Quill Mall and its grocery store located just across the street. The apartment complex also offered a gym and a swimming pool with stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers and Menara KL.

Disliked Upon arrival, my son and I were exhausted after traveling for 24 hours straight. It was our first time visiting Kuala Lumpur, and we found it challenging to navigate an unfamiliar city. It would have been much more helpful if the landlord had met us at the apartment complex and shown us around, rather than sending written instructions via WhatsApp. That said, we were still relieved to receive any guidance at all—especially after our initial call went unanswered, which made me worry that we might have been scammed. We also encountered some issues in the apartment, such as large cockroaches in the bathroom and an unpleasant smell coming from the drains. However, I don't hold the landlord personally responsible for these problems, as they seem to be common throughout the building. After I reported the issue, the staff responded promptly and sprayed insecticide in the bathroom.

Disliked For us, one of the worst accommodations during our visit to Malaysia, mainly because of their attitude. We were supposed to arrive late at night and were given instructions and codes to get the keys. (Up until then it looked great as the instructions were easy to understand and we also received an instructional video). Unfortunately, upon arrival we found our key box empty....the boxes were a terrible mess, half of them open, empty, mixed.....So the owner communicated with us up to the point of writing down the code to the spare room. But this room was full of ants, poorly cleaned, way smaller (almost tiny), no botled water - just a qualitatively completely different type of room than we had paid for. In the morning we expected the owner to offer us the original room, but he stopped communicating with us and never responded to our complaints....so we stayed in this horrible room until we left.

Liked It was a great place, we loved our stay! The cleainess, the self chekin, the infinity pool was amazing! We could also use the washing machine and the small kitchen was very idegileg! We can only recommend!
