Luxury Suite Lucentia BBCC Infinity Pool

Liked Luxury Suite Lucentia BBCC Infinity Pool is a very good environment for vacation and relaxation. I really enjoyed my stay, especially the rooftop infinity pool the view of Kuala Lumpur is amazing. It’s also a great place to meet new people from different countries in a friendly way. 😌✨

Liked I had a reservation at least three weeks in advance and when I arrived in Kuala Lumpur and wrote to the hotel that I needed a PIN so that the doorman could let the taxi in, I received a message from the accommodation owner that the apartment was not available and that he had to move us to another apartment and sent me the address in the new apartment. The walls were moldy and we were not treated very well. They said they would move us the next evening, which I didn't like very much considering that we were only in this city for a few days and I had a small child with me and I didn't trust them anymore. So I cancelled the reservation and they still wanted 100 ringgit for using the new apartment for half an hour. People be careful!!!

Liked The agent considered as cheating and request us change to other apartment when we arrived. Booking.com should investigate this issue
