Liked -Location so many halal eateries,minimart,DIY shop,Ninso,burger carts at night. -Pillows and beds were very comfortable. -No toothbrush & toothpaste were provided except towels,shower gel and shampoo. -Laundry detergent were provided as there were washing machine but no laundry pegs. -Garment steamer and handheld garment steamer were provided.

Disliked Different rental tenant, different problem. For me drinking glass not enough,no cooking utensils except a medium saucepan. No trash bag, luckily I bring quite a lot for own self usage. Those who like to watch tv channels no tv except projector to be connected by your hp.

Liked Design and furniture layout is good.

Disliked Under sofa lots of dirt and trash, general cleaning not thorough. Shower soap leaves skin itchy. The smaller room bed base is misaligned and needs repair. Kitchen area has a stench.

Liked Nice place, cleanliness is okay and the host is very responsive.

Disliked 1. Suggest to replace the projector with TV. It’s not as clear and not friendly to use compared to other air bnb with similar projector style. Good effort though. 2. Security is troublesome. Just to take note that they themselves do not know the SOP so may keep re registering every entry. Not a host problem so just had to endure it. 3. Late refund. They will ask for refund of RM200 and will have to keep it until 5 days after check out. Suggest to make a note or disclaimer of this in the property description.

Liked The host responded to our feedback and relocated us to a cleaner unit, although its already late night (after working hours).

Disliked The unit is very dirty and not well maintained. Bed sheet looked like a used one, fans are very dusty, toilet is not cleaned too (there are hairs left on the water outlet). The first unit we had didn’t have TV like what had been advertised.
