shitty experience with badly maintained property, avoid at all cost

Liked location is good, view is good

Disliked paid premium pricing for shitty experience, sauna not working, jacuzzi with luke warm water, water filter broken, complain to management, they send maintenance people twice at the middle of the night just to tell you it is not working. complain again to to management and ask for reimbursement, and then get insincere apology and giving just 10% discount on next visit. management think the next visit 10% discount is good enough to cover the bad experience. i will remember this SCHIEN KLCC PROPERTY
