Very Disappointing Stay

Disliked Not recommended at all. We did not receive any check-in instructions from the platform or via email. There was no notification until one hour before check-in, and only after we contacted customer service to obtain the host’s WhatsApp number ourselves. Once we messaged the host, he finally sent the instructions. We were extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the unit. The carpets were very old and dusty. We found extra bedsheets and blankets simply folded and hidden under the bed without any covering, which was unhygienic. The artificial grass in the indoor balcony area, including the table and chairs, was also very old and poorly maintained—the grass kept coming loose whenever we stepped on it. The worst part was finding a total of six small cockroaches during our stay. We contacted the host to inform him of the issue and expressed our dissatisfaction, but there was no response at all, let alone any immediate action taken. As a result, we had no choice but to check out one night early and book another hotel. Worst homestay experience ever.
