Perfect location for 1st time visitors.

Liked For 1st time visitors to KL, it an ideal location. BTS mall is part of the complex, Imbi monorail station attached. The swimming pool is great, always cool & refreshing - never overcrowded. Plenty of food options in BTS for when it's raining & hard to get around. The Japanese restaurant is good value - fresh with a huge selection.

Disliked if I have one criticism, the rooms are a little dated, ither than that...no issues, I will stay there again.

Disliked Housekeeping on request. Only two towels.
