Bookings.com PLEASE REFUND ME IN FULL

Liked Seriously I don't know what to like other than we been waiting for almost 5 hours infront of the property in order to check-in.

Disliked Lux Suites ghosted me after double bookings issues. Even though it's not totally their fault but after I requested total refund and free cancellation no further action taken.
