Superb

Liked The host is responsive and also provide or request updates very timely. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Passable

Liked Location was perfect. Walking distance to Time Square.

Disliked Host never inform us level 38 swimming pool and jacuzzi was under renovation. We request earlier check in because of our arrival time but not allowed. Host was not responsive to our msg and call. Night shift security team wasnt allowed to go in property or lobby area because Host never send QR code at that time almost 8am. Very bad experiences.

Liked When choosing this apartment, I was primarily guided by the presence of an Infinity pool. When I checked in, I discovered that the pool was not working, which upset me very much. The owner of the apartment did not know about this and did not inform us about it when booking, which is very strange. Usually, apartment owners know about the work that is being done on the territory of the house. The employee who met us was not very friendly and did not even explain how to open the apartment. The apartment was cleaned, but the linen and towels were not very clean. There was a lot of hair on the floor (
