Good Stay in KL

Liked Right next to Lalaport so its easy to shop and dine. Check in check out was easy with operator responsiveness. Wifi was good, building facilities were good too. Bed was comfy and all amenities (towel, toiletries, dining cutlery, microwave, washing machine) were provided.

Disliked The unit is dual key unit and we got the smaller studio which was pretty small by KL standard. And the unit shares door with the joining unit and soundproofing was really bad you can hear noises everytime someone walks in and out.

Great apartment and great staff!

Liked Easy, fast and clear communication with the staff (which can be challenging with other agencies in Lucentia). The apartment was great, with all you need. Moreover, pool and gym are incredible.

Liked All is was perfect ! The place is same as the booking picture. It was easy access, good location near to lalaport, clean, cozy & utilities all good. Recommeded to others ! 👍

Liked Facilities, good secured place, very good management and staff. Easy to communicate. Tried their best to accommodate our requests. Definitely a good choice for us.

Disliked Overall was good. Probably room for improvement would be to include a carpet and shoe rack for the unit.

Liked Almost all was great...clean and cozy room with nice view. Good facilities. Able to watch Netflix, YouTube.

Disliked The bathroom has this unpleasant sewage smell. The towels we got are smelly..damp towel smell. The coffee table is kinda shaky/ broken. It would better if there's a clothes drying rack.
