Liked Very crowded and busy place

Disliked It was in a very poor condition

Liked I like the comfortable space provided with the tv was include with a netflix account,moreover on the ground floor there was a store for us to buy anything,including food, groceries and etc

Disliked However,I found out that most of the jug were broke,should be replace with a new one,and also the toilet in MD room cannot be open at all which was a sad experience for us

Disliked It was very frustating for check in, was said to be able to check in at 3, however only until 4pm was not given the details. Only able to enter room at 4.45pm The room assigned to us on the day was ST1 - 24 -10 The room was smelly, with cigerette smell. The area was not cleaned, very dirty with a lot of food scraps underneath sofa. Sofa was in an unuseable state with steel springs protuding, becoming a hazard to the kids. The pillows smells like old saliva smell. One aircondition was also dripping water despite only been use for less than 30 minute. Do not use the waterboiler provided to boil water, it was filthy, with rusted base and smells foul. We only manage to stay less then 1 hour. We had immediately requested to checkout on the spot and ask for an immediate refund. was no able to call, whatapp was ignored, tried to call property owner also phone number provided is out of service. We had to ask refund straight from booking.com Plus the deposit of RM100 that we paid prior to admission was never returned despited almost 1 week. All these claims from me comes with receipt/pictures/videos.

Made a strong complaint about cleanliness, aircon malfunction and dirty thus smelly toilet but instead host reacted by asking to get a refund instead of attending or taking action on those complaints. He reiterated that this is not a 5 star homestay. My check in was late because host was slow forwarding my passcode etc.. Will never rent this place again and shall never recommend anyone staying here. The host given contact no. is a scam and uncontactable. Huge disappointment.
