High floor, simple apartment.

Liked Location was good, gate to the beach. Many food outlets around. The very high floor.

Disliked Apartment needs revamping. But for the money paid, it was OK I suppose.

Wont repeat again if i ever go to jb for visit. But appreciate the stay nonetheless.

Liked -Cheap compared to other property i guess. -netflix

Disliked - The day im supposed to arrive theres no clear instructions on how to check in. I had to figure out where i should get the keys. Theres 2 keys and 1 card attached to one another. - No instructions on how to get to parking, spoke to the guards but even the guards says ‘ i have no idea where is the parking’. Had to go back and forth w host then we found out our parking is outdoor. Idk maybe im dumb or what, but i think it’ll be much more easier if theres complete instructions or even a video guide on how to check in. Rather than making ur guest “ask” for it, its better to just provide everything in one go and not make the guest feel lost. Its just a humble opinion i guess. - Distinct smell of the house when i arrive. - aircond in the living room is broken. Aircond in the main bedroom is not cold enough. Seems like its not serviced often. Not sure about aircond in guest room. The airconds remote has no battery. The other 2 remote has. - Shower in the main bedroom is slow, but husband told me guestroom shower is better. - Didnt know about cleaning charges when i booked the house, cost around 60 ringgit for 3 days 2 nights. Tax is another 20+ ringgit. - the card only can be used

Disliked is very dirty, and the water closet is black. The water heater out of suddenly became extremely hot like boiling water; otherwise cannot feel any warmth - basically considered cool water. Floor is dirty, full of dust. Our feet went black after walking in the house for a while (Msian used to remove the shoes in the house) All the hand soap bottles without a head to press.
