Great Location, but Breakfast and Facilities Were Disappointing

Liked The reception staff on duty during check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful, and the F&B staff serving breakfast were also very pleasant and attentive. The room was comfortable and suits for family. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and conveniently located near tourist attractions and local restaurants. There was also ample parking, and it was easy to find a parking space.

Disliked However, there were a few areas that could be improved. One of the dining chairs in the room was broken, and the toilet clothes hanger had come loose. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided a microwave in the room, especially for guests staying for a few nights. They was no floor towel provided on the first day. Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The variety was very limited, and the portions of each item were quite small. On Day 1, the breakfast consisted of fried yellow noodles and kuey teow, scrambled eggs, potato wedges, sausages, toast and jam, cereals, watermelon, cake, one type of juice, coffee and tea. On Day 2, there were fried yellow noodles ( menu same as per Day 1 ), basic nasi lemak, scrambled eggs, potato wedges, sausages, toast and jam, cereals, watermelon, cakes, pudding, one type of juice, coffee and tea. For a buffet breakfast, the selection was rather limited and did not offer much variety between the two days. I also noticed one family looking at the breakfast selection before leaving the dining area, presumably to look for other food options. Overall, the breakfast experience could be improved significantly by offering a wider variety of dishes and ensuring that sufficient portions are available for guests. Rusty/old metal trolley outside the lobby. The lobby was rather dimly lit, which made the area feel somewhat dark and unwelcoming. The resort phone number 06-6627261 is not available. I sent a WhatsApp message at 6:32 PM to enquire about room service and place a food order, but received no response. I then called at 7:09 PM, and the security guard informed me that the restaurant had already closed at 4:00 PM. However, the dinner hours displayed on the sign stated that dinner was available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The discrepancy between the advertised and actual operating hours was confusing and inconvenient, especially for guests who were relying on the information provided by the hotel.
