Booking.com have ruin my holiday

Disliked I made the booking throught booking.com. Upon making payment i contacted the propoerty agent. Property agent told me that their system does not have my booking and ask me to ask for refund from Booking.com. I tried contacting booking.com customer service through the app for 3days but to no avail and was keep being redirected to contact the property agent on any issue. In the end after 4days i have yet to been contacted by anyone from booking.com on my refund case and i'm not even sure if anyone is attending to my case or even worse, if i'm able to get my money back that was wrongfully being deduct by them

Overall, the place I'm staying in is quite nice.

Disliked When I booked the room, it was stated that Wi-Fi would be provided, but in fact, there is no Wi-Fi. However, everything else is satisfactory.
