Since the property owner broke with Bookings terms and agreements according to 3 customer representatives I did not stay

Liked Nothing because I was not able to stay there due to the what 2 Bookings agents called illegal actions on the part of the property owner in one instance and not following Bookings agreement in another. BUT the worst part was Bookings not canceling the reservation as they assured me would happen!

Disliked Nothing because I was never able to stay there and had to book a second stay on my own even though 2 Bookings agents stated that I would be assisted due to the unfortunate actions of the property owner.

Liked Smooth check-in & check-out. Food court on basement floor offer good varieties. Easy to get Grab and close to 2 LRT stations.

Liked It is highly recommended for UM student to stay there as it is just about 5 min driving distance away from UM. There is food court just at the ground floor. You dont need to go far for your lunch or dinner. Further, the host very responsive and nice.

Disliked I would suggest that the sofa at the living room to be replaced as it is no longer comfortable or functional. Besides, it will be better if the small room has a door instead of a curtain to improve the privacy.

Liked In the room, there are a lot of bed bugs. My body is full of bites, and red, I have told the host, I am not responsible. Not good.

Disliked The apartment is infested with bed bugs. The headboards in both bedrooms is full of them: adults, babies and eggs. I only stayed a few hours until I got bitten all over my back, and promptly left. Still waiting for a refund 4 days later.
