Regrets.

Liked Nothing as such, water was free, iron facility was good, room size was good but there were cleanliness and cleaning staff unprofessional.

Disliked I called before booking and confirmed if the room is clean and the lady said yes, I had to pay before entering so I did and found spider webs and mosquitoes inside the room, had to clean all myself since it was already late night when I reached, however, they sent the cleaning lady next morning but it wasn't worth the money + THE CLEANING LADY TOLD THE HOST THAT I ASKED HER TO GO WITH ME IN THE ROOM, which I never did! This shakened me as I never had such an experience in Langkawi.

A cozy place which is in need of some repairs and cleaning

Liked The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the beach and all other facilities. The host seemed a nice guy even though we did not meet in person. Has an outside sitting place to enjoy the rain :), there is free parking. There is a free water dispenser in the corridor, and there is a small common area with sofas.

Disliked It was not the cleanest, specially the toilet and under the sink, the sink was in the room instead of bath room. The drainage was blocked which meant whenever you shower there will be flood in the bathroom, which took time to completely drain. One big issue was the toilet plumbing, whenever someone from other rooms in the same building flushed their toilets our toilet was probably getting back the dirty waste water with stuff... It is quite noisy when it rains or whenever somebody from other rooms are walking or talking in the corridor. You might be welcomed by ants if you leave anything edible anywhere in the room.

Must try for budget trip, quiet env, clean, parking facility.

Liked With this price, the best location you can find. Free outside parking space, local food court just 1 min of walk. While nearby chenang beach restaurants demand higher price for food (16 to 20RM+), the nearby food court offers the best price (7-13RM+). Self check in, but the management live nearby. Once i locked myself out, they came instantly. Overall its very convenient to stay. Not the 3 star type, but with the price and location, its good. Chenang beach is 3 min away.

Disliked AC takes time to cover the room. But it works.

Liked Everything. Halal food court 1 min walk. Beach nearby. Neat and Clean.

Disliked Nothing. Everything is fine.
