Liked The venue was strategic but if you come with car, it will be a little bit difficult since you have to fight for the parking. Unless if it’s past 5pm, because you just park anywhere.

Liked The staff at the reception was nice and tried to accommodate us after complain and to offer us a better room. The cleaning service was also ok but the rooms are older than they look at the photos... there were some stains at the bed polster etc.
Disliked We got first smaller room than the one we booked and was shown on the photos. After complaining we got the right one. AC was old and did not work... we changed to another room but AC there was also very bad. The hotel and rooms are older and not in such good condition as shown on the photos although we were in the "new wing". We were relying on reviews what was mistake, especially if you are a Westerner and expect the same hygenic and any other standard.

unenjoyable, The room need upgrading.
Liked Breakfast was ok. Pool was ok. Staff was ok.
Disliked The room that they gave was very smelly and noisy. I put in my request and none was given. The staff keep asking for money for room upgrade which made my wife very uncomfortable. 👌
