It was ok
Liked room was really clean - thanks to hardworking housekeeping ladies, lots of space, nice sheets.
Disliked Catering was ridiculously expensive (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for Kota Kinabalu, so everyone at the hotel ordered Grab. It was difficult to use the pool area because the smell of rotten fish came from the market in front of it. The staff at check-in was professional, but the restaurant staff was annoyingly “nice.”
