Disliked To be fair, the house itself is clean and reasonably well maintained. The shower is also fine. However, the overall building is very low maintenance, and there are several issues that affected my stay. The parking arrangement is particularly inconvenient. I had to drive around to the 6th floor to find the parking space. The security guard then came to tell me that if I parked in the wrong place they will imposed a RM100 fine. However, the parking number/marking was almost invisible, making it very difficult to identify the correct parking space. I feel this is unreasonable when the parking markings are not clearly visible. More importantly, the sleeping conditions are terrible. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and I can actually feel the steel/frame underneath it. The pillow is completely flat and provides almost no support, while the blanket is also of very poor quality. The bed and bedding are itchy and uncomfortable, and as a result, I was unable to sleep properly at all. While I acknowledge that the house itself is clean and the shower is fine, a comfortable and hygienic bed is a basic requirement for accommodation. The poor quality of the mattress, pillow and blank
