Liked The location is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and bed is good
Disliked The breakfast was a disappointment. There is no buffet breakfast . Guests are to choose 1 ala carte breakfast dish the day before.

Overall enjoyed the hotel, great location and lovely staff.
Liked The location was good, very close to great restaurants, shopping malls and transport. The staff were very helpful with providing recommendations and the size of the room was good.
Disliked The advertised hot tub was off when we tried to use it, which meant it was cold so we were unable to enjoy it.

Amazing staff!
Liked The hotel is well located and well maintained. The staff is exceptional. I injured my back at the gym and could hardly walk. I needed ice and deliveries and they all were so exceptional kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my requests.
Disliked Breakfast is just Ok and rooftop snacks are lacking.
