Lavile @ Sunway Velocity Mall

Very poor

Liked I need to pay the parking fee This is disappointed Told to the person but no reply

Bad

Liked STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! While the property and the location is good, the company running this is the worst I have come across. The room was not ready in time, there's no shower gel and toilet paper. Worst of all, they didn't refund my deposit yet

Disliked 3 person contacted me for 1 trip but none of them bothered to work out a solution to refund my deposit. One went silent, while the other ask many questions but never provide any solution. Until now, 4 days after I check out, I still have not received any information about my refund. STAY AWAY!!! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
