Disliked I am extremely disappointed with the response from the property, As a guest, I am simply stating the facts based on my experience. However, the property has responded by calling me a "low-quality customer," which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review after staying in many hotels, which should be enough to indicate how poor the conditions were. If there had only been a few ants, we wouldn’t have minded. However, the issue was much more severe—there were ants everywhere, including on the bed, and we were even bitten. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a serious hygiene problem. I would like to clarify a few key points: 1）We did not bring the ants into the house. Upon checking in, we went straight to our rooms to rest and did not immediately notice the issue. Around noon, while I was getting up from bed, I was bitten by ants on the bed. However, as I was in a hurry to go out, I did not have time to inspect where the ants were coming from. We later went out and only returned at night. It was at this point, around midnight, that we realized the house was infested with ants—by then, they were already in the living room,
