Very poor

Disliked Master bedroom ceiling fan no function. Bed 2 &3 totally no ceiling fan. The whole house floor is dirty. The comforter very very thin. The Towel should be changed. The Key and access card shall separate it, not to tie together, very inconvenient to us.
