Very poor

Liked Except for being slightly spacious comparatively, nothing else.

Disliked Water supply was painfully slow and stopped abruptly at times only to return minutes later (the maintenance guy conveniently blamed it on LIMA despite the accommodation charging us LIMA prices). Totally run down place with very poor maintenance and repairs. The water heater in the second washroom did not work at all even after we complained (and even after we received a repair only on the next morning, but this was short-lived). Blankets on double beds barely can cover 1 person. Hugely infested with mosquitos. There was no TV anywhere inside the property. Hair Dryer plug is not compatible with Malaysian electrical socket. Refrigerator was not working too.

It looks better on the pictures than in reality

Liked It's in an area of Langkawi which is very quiet, but there's plenty of small shops and restaurants all around it. It's also quite close to sunset Beach by motorbike. The bed was quite comfortable. So, all in all we had a good time.

Disliked The place is not (anymore) what it looks like on the pictures. The kitchen equipment was extremely dusty when we checked in, and the microwave did not work. The floor was also not very clean. The swimming pool is not really usable as it looks abandoned.

Liked Nothing. Unable to sleep at night, I move out and check in a hotel in Kuah.

Disliked Cement flooring, rundown bed. Broken wooden bed supported only with a few bricks. Caretaker dog letting free to roam everywhere. The chance of stepping on dog shit are very high. Overall it was a rundown place
