Disliked Dirty, the property was not managed properly. Not reach the standard of a homestay. Even the owner responded very slow.

Disliked The flooring is poorly maintained. I stepped on an exposed, protruding nail head on the floor, which punctured the sole of my foot and caused active bleeding. Cockroaches were found in the kitchen area. Furthermore, all three air conditioning units were blowing warm air because the filters were heavily clogged with thick dust, forcing me to clean them myself just to breathe safely. There is absolutely no hot water in either of the two bathrooms. Basic essentials, including toilet paper, were completely missing. The sofa is severely damaged, worn, and peeling to the point of being unusable. The bed springs are broken, creating loud, disruptive noises with every movement and making sleep impossible. The advertised Wi-Fi does not connect. Management was extremely slow to respond, and the alternative usernames provided failed to fix the issue.I have video evidence of the exposed nail the pests, the dirty filters, and the broken furniture. I am updating my complaint regarding my missing deposit for Booking, I have tried calling the property numerous times and have sent multiple messages. However, they are completely refusing to answer my calls or reply to my messages regarding my depo

Liked Strategic place, near to Gleangles Hosp, Imago and plenty place to eat.

Disliked Have a defect every part of the house. The floor was cracky and damp. The air conditioner was leaking. Had a mole on the ceiling. It’s very unhealthy and uncomfortable place to stay and also late respond from the host.

Disliked PLEASE REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM BOOKING.COM. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. You will be cheated off the Deposit which claim refundable but Host will not respond after you check out. There are already many reviews of customers being cheated/scam off the Deposit. I'm not sure why booking.com is not taking action to blacklist or remove property. Unit was very very old and not maintained, skirting were all damaged. Kitchen utensils lacking. Towels provided were very low quality and non absorbent.
