Kuching Podium Opposite Mall 3BR free parking with Pool A1

The experience for the stay was average.

Liked The location, the gymnasium and swimming pool. There were only 4 of us bus it had 10 mattresses. The manager changed our faulty microwave promptly. The air conditioning was good. There was a washing machine and a cloth dryer in the balcony.

Disliked We checked in on Saturday but for two days we had to call the management to allow our car to when we wanted to go out before the issue was sorted on Monday. We found a water filter in the cupboard but it was not installed. There were no floor mates and the towels didn’t absorb water well. Cleanliness and amenities can be improved- dust clogged air conditioners, dust on the bed heads, provide floor mates, shampoo and better quality towels.

Liked The place has a calm and tidy atmosphere. I'm satisfied that all items are complete. 😊

Liked We had a great experience staying at this homestay. The place was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The environment was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

Can be better

Liked Location was good and convenient.

Disliked There isn't water dispenser in the unit which makes it difficult to get clean drinking water.

PERFECT STAY!

Liked The host was friendly and it was like we known each other for a long time.
