Disliked Total all a-z , I not like No clean the room, no house keeping the room, claim as apartment but terrible like budget room. I need take out the trash. The room so foul smell, towel not washed.

Very disappointing stay. Poorly maintained room, missing basic amenities, and unresponsive host.

Liked I only appreciate the kitchen facility provided, which is the water kettle that I use to prepare drinks.

Disliked 1. Check-in process – No check-in information was provided until I called to request it. I had to WhatsApp the host first, and only then did I receive a reply with the details, which was already around 4 PM. Fortunately, I had not departed for Kuching yet. 2. Room condition – The room appeared poorly maintained: - Wallpaper on the wall was torn. - A dead cockroach was found inside the fridge, and another cockroach appeared from under the bed. - Cobwebs were all over the room. - The bathroom was dirty, with visible mold and signs of improper cleaning. - The water heater was not functioning. 3. Missing amenities – The room did not provide basic facilities such as a hairdryer, iron, or hanger. 4. Smell & ventilation – The room had a musty odor, likely due to the mold and lack of ventilation. 5. Customer service – Despite several requests to change rooms, no action was taken. Calls went unanswered and messages were replied to very slowly. The level of responsibility shown was very poor.

Disliked Some facilities got damaged and the cleanliness quite disappointed, owner of the properties don’t provide instruction earlier and suddenly ask for security deposit just around 2 hour before check in, after check out, i need to remind the owner for security deposit refund many times, the owner keep requesting me to provide booking proof, for me the properties owner management is too worst
