My first bad experience.

Disliked I'm very upset as property owner asked me to cancel my booking at last minute as they said the to room was under repair. It caused me a lot of trouble to find for another room at different places.

Disliked The hotel did not inform us in advance about the room problem. the hotel has a hard time answering the whatsapp we sent. Very bad service. We arrived in front of the hotel lobby. they told me to cancel the book. Until now, the reservation money has not been returned.

Liked food outlet are just walking distance from the property, so no issue on that part

Disliked The safety aspect is good; access card is used. it enhanced the safety against unauthorizes entry. The cleanliness of the property needs to look in to. windows / glass wall is moldy. Generally, the area is clean. other than that all is good
