Disliked Very bad service. Cancelling our booking without prior notice. Room available in the apps even after they ask us to cancel due to their own problem. We even arrived at the place then they inform no room even booking was confirm.
Disliked The owner did not respond when I want to check in. Then, I did not receive any refund.

Disliked Published Gala City.. moved to Podium saying its an upgrade for us but given podium's worst unit. 1 No lights at corridor. Total darkness. 2.Cobwebs at toilet. Not well maintained. 3.No TV. 4.Furniture damaged. 5.Bed stinks.
