Disliked Customer service VERY SUPER BAD! We reach in front of the building, suddenly ask us to cancel get the refund with the reason "WE WERE CLOESED ACTUALLY"!!!!! Dun know what kind of reason is that! Call so many times but no answer at all! DO NOT BOOK FOR THIS APARTMENT!

Disliked Review: Very disappointing experience – not as advertised! Looks good on the site, but reality says otherwise! The listing said “recommended for late check-in,” yet after many calls and WhatsApp messages, there was no response at all. I arrived around midnight, but there were no directions or instructions for self check-in. At the very least, please state your actual operating hours so guests won’t be left waiting and confused in the middle of the night. In the end, I had to book another hotel at the last minute, losing over RM180 (even after getting a partial refund of RM80). This is my first time ever facing something like this — even with Airbnb I’ve never had such an issue. Please be more honest and improve your service, especially for late check-in guests.
