Two nights when press final payment MYR 154 good press button MYR 358: 66 come up what' y got email to say you have to pay this and that total 358 when I pressed button 154 it did not say I hat to pay for tax cleaning all that be for I pressed button ITS A Scam not happy

Disliked Rooms were gross and do not look like the photos. Scratches on the walls, moldy floor mats, unfriendly security/reception, stains on bed sheets, mold on the walls etc when requesting a refund the property did not allow any form of refund.

Terrible stay will definitely avoid in the future. Bad location, dirty rooms and damaged furniture

Disliked The location was poor, with very little nearby. The apartment was dirty, including dirty bed sheets, and there was even blood on the mattress. Despite being charged a cleaning fee, the apartment was not cleaned at all during my 6-day stay. There was damaged furniture, curtains falling down, a bad smell in the room, and a faulty washing machine. I reported the issues, but no one came to carry out repairs and I was not kept updated. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would avoid staying here in the future.
