Liked High level, Clean and tidy

Disliked The lift took too long to arrive, so walking down the stairs was much faster!

Room not bad, but building facilities very old.

Liked The location is good. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Disliked The building facilities are too old. Total of 4 lifts, but only 1 operational. TV not working, didn't provide enough toilet paper, shower head in very bad conditions... etc.

Good location and value for money

Liked Location. Beds are very comfortable. Staff quickly come and help connect wifi

Disliked Bath tub was not secure and water coming to floor instead of grain

Liked the room is spacious. Toilet floor is safe for elderly.

Disliked The room is too dark. Lights r not bright.

Disliked The lift always got problem.. we waited very long when checking out. More than 1 hour
