Great and convenient

Liked Everything was great, clean and convenient. The apartment is located directly above KSL mall, making it easy to find food and go shopping. Kelvyn, the PIC was very responsive and replied quickly. It was our first time having a staycation at KSL, and we couldn't find the entrance to D'esplanade residences as the grab driver dropped us at a different entrance. We texted Kelvyn, and he guided us to the correct location. Thank you.

Disliked The downside was the long wait for lift, but luckily it wasn't a high floor, so we could still use the stairs. If possible, consider adding something to block the gap under the door, as the soundproof wasn't great. We could hear other guests talking and laughing as they walked past out unit at night.

Clean, comfy & spacious room for a group of 4 adults.

Liked The room was overall worth it for the price - was clean and comfy - and the person was very friendly and very helpful. Location-wise pretty convenient to be right beside KSL mall. I think generally pretty private and quiet - nothing too fancy if anyone is expecting that.

Disliked The process of checking in and checking our were a little confusing even with a lot of help from the owner himself. Due to the nature of the place, the lift might take some time. (There was maintenance done when we checked in so the lift took quite a while, but nothing too bad. Might just be an issue for those with kids.)
