Disliked Bed Frame too low, tough for big size people to wake up from bed after resting or sleeping

Large apartment just beside KSL

Liked Location was great! We found out on the last day that there was a connecting door between the apartment ground floor and the mall that was open between 10AM-10PM. Knowing this beforehand would have saved some walks around the whole building to get to the mall. Instructions on check in were easy to follow otherwise. The rooms were adequately clean. The beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning worked. Bathtub was appreciated. The overall price point was great.

Disliked There were two keycards, I would recommend having both on hand because there were times either one or the other would work for the carpark gantry, and there was once neither worked for some of the lifts (we eventually found one that did not seem to require the card to access). The shower heater for the common bathroom was not working, and the sofa seat had seen better days.

Liked I like the private lift and balcony.

Disliked In terms of hygiene, the towels can be washed and changed as it smells bad. The remotes for aircon and tv don't work. Cleanliness can be done way better. Musty smelled the moment we stepped in.

Disliked The place is dirty and not clean. What I book is not what I got. The bed are hollow and also the toilets are dirty. Pictures is deceiving. So beware and be careful.

Liked Proximity to KSL and F&B outlets

Disliked Uncomfortable sofa, defective water heater, bidet spray without a proper spray, there is a bed in one of the rooms that is collapsing and uncomfortable.
